Prof. Dr. Franz Brümmer passed away

We deeply regret to announce the passing of Prof. Dr. Franz Brümmer, ex President of the VDST.

Franz Brümmer was an extremely well-known figure in the diving industry, and was recognised for his contributions to sports diving and marine science.

He was very influential and respected, which is why he received the EUF Lavanchy Award in 2020.

RIP Franz (16/10/1956 - 10/09/1924).
